Western Australia Day 3

This morning we had breakfast of milk and bread in the hotel. Pa then showed us the place where he bought the dinner simply b'cos it's the Last Eating House before the Antarctic", 5439kms away. Oh my, we were that close!

Cool man..........
After which we drove north to Margaret River.  Along the way, pa spotted a shell museum and he decided to take a look. It's quite a nice place to visit. The shells are neatly arranged with labels.
Huge collections of shells from all over the world.

We were then proceed to Margaret River for wine tasting. We went to the first one as soon as we entered the winery region. It's called Watershed Premium Wines.
Magnificent wine yards with clear blue sky.

After a few rounds, mi finally purchased a bottle of white wine. Pa is just not into wine, he likes whisky only. Then we drove to the town center where we walked around the town area and purchased some souvenirs and juices.

Our next destination was Busselton Jetty. We spotted this weird looking plant beside the road.

Little yellow wild flower by the road side.

Busselton is a very pretty city. The jetty is the longest in the southern hemisphere, 2km long. To and fro will be 4km, we managed only half way. You can choose to take the train instead of walking but the fee is AUD16.90 which is costly.

Can you spot the end of the jetty?
It was a very bright and sunny day.
We headed to Fremantle after this. The GPS was not being very helpful here. It couldn't detect our location accurately. It was a relieve when we finally arrived at the Fremantle Village, our accommodation for the night. Fortunately it turned out to be a very interesting place to stay.

Interesting chalet with big flat screen tv.
