Woof Woof and er... WOOF!

WOOF. You all met Lilo, our pet,  the doggy. Little brown fellow which is so cute. Well, a few weeks ago, my mum's colleague's brother was giving away two male dogs, 1 Schnauzer and 1 Chihuahua. My mum told me and I was happy ( DUH? ) She also received the pictures of them. We discussed about it and we, my dad decided to adopt them. We didn't know that male dogs are so troublesome and messy until my godma told me, but we've already agreed to take them home.

Before we do that, we had to send Lilo for spaying because we don't want Lilo to be pregnant. She had to fast the previous night before the spay and she had to spend 1 night in the clinic. When pa brought her home, she  was very quiet and she looked so pathetic.   I could see that she was suffering from the pain. She was all dizzy and sleepy. She had to wear the cone collar to prevent her from biting the wound. She couldn't walk as fast as usual, her eyes were drooping. She slept for almost the whole day! When it comes to dinner, she didn't want her favorite can food either! Instead she squeezed between the sofa and the stool and slept. We brought her cage in earlier just in case she wanted a more comfortable place to sleep. As we expected, she climbed into her cage and slept. Poor girl. But she got better as the days went by. On the fifth day, she was already back to her old shelf. Jumping and running around.

Last Wednesday, pa sent her back to the clinic to have her stitches removed. Finally she was fully recovered and freed of the dreadful plastic cone fastening around her neck. All of us are so relieved that she healed well and she is now as healthy as before.

Lilo, you are the love of our life...........

Lilo, stinko, silly, st, stink are all her names.
